Below average installation desoite being charged £500 to install a worktop. Joins are uneven. Edging strips not finished or glued correctly Damage to corner, and masjed with filler Overall a very disappointing result from what I thought was an experienced tradesman. The net result may mean I will have to have new worktops again in the next 12nonths !!!

Customer fitted his own kitchen 30mm out of level, I explained this to him and he tried to correct without a level to hand so unfortunately the end result was never going to be perfect. Had to work with what I had Infront of me unfortunately

Jack and Sam did a brilliant job of replacing all of our interior doors. Within two weeks of giving us a quote they came out and had the job finished within two days. We are really pleased with the quality of the work and they were extremely tidy throughout. Jack is very responsive when contacted and we would not hesitate to use Wookpecker again in future!

This is not the review I hoped to be writing. Although overall the work has been done to a good standard, a couple of things would have made it excellent. Jack is lovely, and the work was completed professionally. They turned up on time, left everything reasonably tidy and were courteous whilst working in my home. I am disappointed to find that I need to fill some holes to tidy the finish, that skirting I requested was not replaced but mainly I am disappointed that Jack has not returned yet to address a concern that may be easily rectified, despite saying he would once I had paid my invoice.

Excellent Front Door Installation and Door Frame repair

Looking for someone to fit a tempoary front door after a fire was proving to be a nightmare, until I found Jack who not only was willing to re-arrange his other work to fit us in, but amazingly managed to source a period style (17th Century Farm Cottage), non-standard size, proper wood front door. He was able to repair rather than replace the door frame and did it so well that I honestly couldn't tell it wasn't new. What started as a temporary replacment is considerably better than the original! Jack was very responsive, courteous and tidy and did an excellent job. Highly recommended.

From start to finish Jack is professional and courteous. He has a friendly manner that puts you at ease and is very easy to deal with. Communication is great, with timely responses to messages and he turns up when he says he will (not always the case in my experience). He works hard when on site and is very tidy too. Jack arrived on time this morning to put a few of my internal doors right. Jack was very easy to talk to and was friendly while working. He corrected two doors that would not close properly.
